Many of our tools are instant-access digital services, meaning once accessed, consumed, or delivered, they cannot be “returned”—therefore refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.

Most tools on Mr Webapp are free. No charges → no refunds required.
3.2 Website Development Services
Refunds may be granted within:
0–7 days after payment IF no work has started
Partial refund (20–50%) if work has started but less than 50% completed
No refund after project is 50%+ completed or delivered
The reason: our team invests time, labor, design, and development hours that cannot be reversed.
3.3 Digital Deliverables (One-Time Files / Custom Items)
Refunds not available for:
Custom design work
Delivered source code
Delivered templates
Delivered digital assets
Completed tools / calculators
Completed branding kits
Because these are custom-created and permanently delivered.
3.4 Subscription Services (If Implemented in Future)
If Mr Webapp launches subscription plans later, the rules will be:
Refunds only if service was not used
No refund for partially used months
No refund after auto-renewal unless canceled before billing date
4. Refunds for Failed or Duplicate Payments
You may request a refund if:
You were charged twice
The payment was processed by mistake
Your bank auto-deducted without confirmation
Your purchase failed but payment was captured
