• Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals from the client may extend project timelines.

• Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their accounts, credentials, and access details.

6. Hosting & Servers

• For hosting services, MrWebApp ensures uptime as per the hosting plan selected.

• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, client misuse, or external attacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MrWebApp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• While we take every step for quality and security, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

• Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., APIs, payment gateways, plugins).

• MrWebApp is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.

• In case of termination, completed work must be paid for before handover.
